I served my country keeping jets flying during the Persian Gulf Conflict while working on the flightdeck of an aircraft carrier, had my own business for 10 years as doing home improvements and painting, was a police officer for 3 and was a Chevrolet Technician until I just lost my job..So I guess for now until I find a new one I will go back to being self employed.

There's not really much to say, most of my time right now is divided between work and the classes I'm taking. In my free time I like watching movies, horror is my favorite genre but I think pretty much any movie is worth watching at least once. I like to go out and do stuff, or just stay at home and work on stuff on my computer. I have a really great sense of humor and will joke about pretty much anything. I am a geek and a gamer, I'll say this upfront because they're aspects of my personality I wouldn't want to be without. I'm usually really shy around people I don't know, but around those I do I love to goof around and have fun and generally be weird.

My hobbies include time traveling, shootin' zombies, bounty hunting in space, and fighting for my sanity against eldritch abominations of unspeakable power; or playing way too many video games, take your pick. I'm always looking to learn something new, especially if that something will be useful to my survival in the eventual zombie/mutant/alien/robot/eldritch monster apocalypse, again far too many videogames and movies. As you can probably tell I don't take things very seriously some times. I find that if you take life too seriously it becomes droll and tedious, conversely if you're too relaxed about it nothing significant ever gets done. I enjoy collecting random novelty items and gadgets of varying usefulness. At this point I am just spouting out random stuff that is still significant to my personality, although whether it is meaningful to you the reader is questionable. If you actually took the time to notice the previous sentence's meaning congratulations as there will be a quiz at the end of the lecture and you will most likely pass.

I tend to think of myself as a spiritual existentialist. I've never really been much into the practice of organized religion, though I always welcome the opportunity to learn of the beliefs and customs. I don't really have a fixed belief, occasionally I'll think up some new sort of existence beyond the mortal realms but that's generally just for my own amusement. All I really know I believe in is that there is some form of existence beyond the mortal coil, but the very nature of it I would imagine is far beyond human understandings.

Not sure what to put here, theres way too much info about me to spill out into this paragraph but im a overly nice guy, with big ambitions. This is always the slow part in the profile process..Well..I've never been married and have no children. I've been involved with building my career and now ready for long term relationship. Lets see. This is one of the harder things for me to do since I do not like to write about myself too much. Father of a young daughter who is the most important thing in my life. Employed and lucky enough to have a job that I really like. Really enjoy laughing and finding humor where it exists.

I'm an easy going guy, who enjoys a little bit of everything. Sometimes I want to do nothing but kick back with a good book with the radio on all day. Other days, I want to wonder about, such as walking through a park bare foot. I love to laugh, and act goofy for any reason, anywhere (this applies to being at home, at work or where the moment hits me). I also enjoy cooking, as it lets me be creative as I want.

I'm some-what strange when it comes to my hobbies. I collect pre-modern warfare weaponry (fancy way of saying those weapons that came before the gun), Kendo (Japanese sword fighting), Warhammer 40K (war based miniatures game, quite fun), those new fangled video games the kids are raving about now. Pretty much I'm a nerd. Oh, D&D goes in here somewhere to. Love rolling dice. And a few other misc. interests that escape me at the moment.

Other not-so-primary things I look for in a woman would be things like someone who is gentle, a gamer, someone who likes walks, likes to go to the movies, etc. ^_^

Now I may as well list some stuff I DON'T like in a girl. Tattoos and ones body being pierced are kind of a big turn off for me.

On the other hand, pale skin, not having ones body pierced is very big turn on for me, Not having any tattoos goes along with being pure to me I guess.

Video Games! Yup, I'm a gamer. Some of my favorites are the Metal Gear Solid series, the Grand Theft Auto series, and the Tomb Raider series. Also, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 is awesome, as is Uncharted: Drake's Fortune. The Gran Turismos have been favorites for years, as have the Ace Combat games. I loved The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind, and have loved its successor Oblivion too.
